We make every effort to ship all in stock items within 3 - 6 business days (excluding holidays/weekends).

Every item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping/delivery.   Items are securely packaged for shipping.

Currently, we are only able to ship within the continental U.S.

**Please allow 5 to 10 business days in transit for delivery (standard shipping).  Note that days in transit begin on the next business day following shipping confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates, and while we do everything we can to ensure receipt of your purchase in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do!

At Mahogany Gail Collection, we are committed to providing high-quality products.  

We have a 10 - day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return and send back item.  THIS ONLY APPLIES to UNOPENED, UNUSED, UNWASHED products/items that are not damaged.    

You will need the receipt/proof of purchase with order number and items must be in original packing.  Unless we sent the wrong item/size, than you actually ordered, your return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopmahoganygail.com or mahoganygailcollection@gmail.com.  Returns are pending approval.  Do not mail returns prior to contacting us.  All criteria must be met for your return to be accepted.  We will evaluate your claim and issue a replacement for same item (if damaged), or refund.  Any refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

All items are carefully inspected before shipping.​
